HCl氣體生產中要控制氫氣過量
氯化氫的制備方(fang)法(fa)中(zhong),最常(chang)用的是合(he)成法(fa),合(he)成法(fa)制備氯化氫工藝在眾多制備方(fang)法(fa)中(zhong)技術最為成熟。具體操作步驟流程如下:
根據氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)與(yu)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)反應方程式(shi),兩者理論是(shi)按照1﹕1分子比合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de),但工業上都是(shi)控制氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)過(guo)量(liang)(liang)的(de)。一般在氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)控制分子比為氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)﹕氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)=(1.05~1.1)。在合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鹽酸的(de)合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)爐(lu)中(zhong)(zhong),氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)過(guo)量(liang)(liang)還多些。氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)過(guo)量(liang)(liang)最多不能(neng)超過(guo)10%,不然會造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)產(chan)品氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)純度下降(jiang),乃至影響氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)乙(yi)烯收率。而氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)過(guo)量(liang)(liang)超過(guo)20%則有(you)可(ke)能(neng)形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)爆(bao)炸(zha)混合(he)物,不利于安全生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。 但如果(guo)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)過(guo)量(liang)(liang),則游(you)離(li)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)易(yi)與(yu)爐(lu)壁以及(ji)冷卻管等反應生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)黃色(se)結晶氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)鐵而腐(fu)蝕設備。游(you)離(li)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)還將在降(jiang)膜式(shi)吸收塔中(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)水反應生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)次氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸,對不透性石墨起緩慢的(de)局部(bu)氧化(hua)(hua)作用。即使少量(liang)(liang)的(de)游(you)離(li)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),也將在氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)乙(yi)烯合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)混合(he)器中(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)乙(yi)炔(gui)發生(sheng)(sheng)氣(qi)相(xiang)反應,生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)極易(yi)爆(bao)炸(zha)的(de)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)乙(yi)炔(gui),造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)乙(yi)烯合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)系統的(de)爆(bao)炸(zha)。因此,為杜(du)絕氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)中(zhong)(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)游(you)離(li)氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)反應中(zhong)(zhong)嚴(yan)格(ge)控制氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)過(guo)量(liang)(liang)并(bing)控制在5—10%,并(bing)隨時注意氯(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)、氫(qing)(qing)流量(liang)(liang)和視(shi)鏡中(zhong)(zhong)燃(ran)燒火焰的(de)顏色(se)變化(hua)(hua)。
