曼海姆法硫酸鉀聯產氯化氫的工藝特點
2.采用(yong)濃(nong)鹽(yan)(yan)酸(suan)洗(xi)滌氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫,有效除去氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫氣體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)鉀(jia)粉(fen)塵和硫酸(suan)雜(za)質。文獻報道(dao)可(ke)(ke)用(yong)濃(nong)硫酸(suan)洗(xi)滌除去氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫氣體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)硫酸(suan)和氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)鉀(jia)雜(za)質,洗(xi)滌后(hou)氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫氣體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)硫酸(suan)和氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)鉀(jia)含量可(ke)(ke)分(fen)別達到0.5~0.1mg/Nm3和0.05~0.02mg/Nm3。為(wei)盡可(ke)(ke)能完全(quan)除去氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫氣體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)硫酸(suan)和氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)鉀(jia)等非揮發(fa)性雜(za)質,以(yi)避免其在后(hou)面的(de)“吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)-解(jie)吸(xi)”循環過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)累積,本工藝以(yi)鹽(yan)(yan)酸(suan)作洗(xi)滌介(jie)質,用(yong)一個(ge)(ge)冷(leng)卻洗(xi)滌器和3個(ge)(ge)填料塔(ta)對氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)氫氣體(ti)(ti)進行(xing)“三級(ji)梯(ti)度(du)”洗(xi)滌。洗(xi)滌后(hou)氣體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)鉀(jia)含量降(jiang)低到0.002mg/Nm3以(yi)下(原子吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)分(fen)光光度(du)法),有效解(jie)決(jue)了非揮發(fa)性雜(za)質在“吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)-解(jie)吸(xi)“過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)積累。洗(xi)滌塔(ta)排出(chu)含硫酸(suan)10%(質量分(fen)數)的(de)混酸(suan)作為(wei)商(shang)品出(chu)售(shou)。
3.采用(yong)(yong)降膜吸(xi)收(shou)及(ji)尾(wei)氣洗滌技術,使尾(wei)氣排放(fang)符合國(guo)家標準(zhun)。氯化氫(qing)的吸(xi)收(shou)采用(yong)(yong)二次(ci)降膜吸(xi)收(shou),有效地移出氯化氫(qing)吸(xi)收(shou)過程(cheng)中放(fang)出的反應熱并使吸(xi)收(shou)完全。用(yong)(yong)3個填(tian)料塔,以水為介質(zhi)對尾(wei)氣進行“三級梯度”回收(shou)洗滌,使排放(fang)尾(wei)氣中氯化氫(qing)含量達到(dao)20mg/Nm3,排放(fang)量0.0064kg/h遠(yuan)低于國(guo)家排放(fang)標準(zhun)。
4.采用(yong)冷(leng)凍(dong)和酸(suan)霧(wu)捕集(ji)技術,使精制后氯(lv)化氫(qing)含水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)量分數<0.05%。解析出的氯(lv)化氫(qing)氣體經循環水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)卻、-15℃鹽水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)卻,控制溫度<5℃經酸(suan)霧(wu)捕集(ji)器過濾除去(qu)酸(suan)霧(wu),含水(shui)(shui)<0.05%(質(zhi)量分數)。
5.精制后氯化氫產品技(ji)術指標為:ω(HCl)>99.9%,ω(O2)<0.001%,ω(CO2<0.001%,ω(N2)<0.001%,ω(H2O)<0.05%,沒有游離氯和H2。
