合成技術助氯化氫實現余熱利用
氯化氫合(he)成余熱利用技術中,副產中壓(ya)(ya)蒸(zheng)汽合(he)成爐在(zai)高溫區(qu)段,使(shi)(shi)(shi)用鋼(gang)制(zhi)水冷壁爐筒(tong)(tong);在(zai)合(he)成段頂部(bu)和底部(bu)鋼(gang)材容(rong)易受腐(fu)蝕(shi)的(de)區(qu)段,采用石墨材料(liao)制(zhi)作(zuo)。采用這種方法既克服(fu)了石墨爐筒(tong)(tong)強(qiang)度低和使(shi)(shi)(shi)用溫度受限制(zhi)的(de)缺(que)點(dian),又克服(fu)了合(he)成段的(de)頂部(bu)和底部(bu)容(rong)易腐(fu)蝕(shi)的(de)缺(que)點(dian),從而使(shi)(shi)(shi)氯化氫合(he)成的(de)熱能利用率(lv)提高到70%,副產蒸(zheng)汽壓(ya)(ya)力可在(zai)0.2~1.4兆帕間(jian)任意(yi)調(diao)節,可并入中、低壓(ya)(ya)蒸(zheng)汽網使(shi)(shi)(shi)用,使(shi)(shi)(shi)熱能得到充分利用。
對于氯(lv)化氫合(he)(he)成中(zhong)的熱(re)(re)能(neng)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong),目前(qian)國內主要采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)兩(liang)種(zhong)方法:一種(zhong)是使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼制水(shui)(shui)夾套(tao)氯(lv)化氫合(he)(he)成爐(lu)副產熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui),這種(zhong)鋼合(he)(he)成爐(lu)在爐(lu)頂部和(he)底部容易受腐蝕,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命短,副產的熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)范圍(wei)有(you)限;另(ling)一種(zhong)是使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)石(shi)墨制的氯(lv)化氫合(he)(he)成爐(lu)副產熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)或(huo)(huo)0.2~0.3兆(zhao)帕(pa)壓(ya)力的蒸汽,由于石(shi)墨是非(fei)金屬脆(cui)性材料,不僅安全上(shang)存(cun)在一定(ding)隱患,而(er)且副產的熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)或(huo)(huo)低(di)壓(ya)蒸汽熱(re)(re)能(neng)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)只能(neng)達(da)到40%,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)范圍(wei)同樣有(you)限。
